Frequently asked questions
What does "one assessment, eight frameworks" actually mean?
It means you answer one set of 170 questions — sector-profiled to your organization — and Pyxis scores you against NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, ISO 27701, CRA and EU AI Act at the same time. Eighty percent of the questions are shared across frameworks: you answer them once, not eight times.
How are the FCI, WMI and ECI scores calculated?
FCI (Framework Compliance Index) measures raw framework coverage. WMI (Weighted Maturity Index) weights answers by implementation maturity. ECI (Evidence Confidence Index) weights the reliability of the evidence you provided. Three numbers — not one — to separate "theoretical compliance" from "audit-defensible compliance".
How much does an assessment cost?
A full Multi-Framework Assessment costs 6 credits — roughly EUR 17.40 on the Starter pack (EUR 29 for 10 credits) or EUR 13.80 on the Professional pack. An additional executive summary report costs 2 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.
Can I export the PDF report?
Yes. Every Multi-Framework Assessment includes a PDF export with scores, severity-ranked gap register, and methodology disclosure. The PDF is designed to be shared with boards, auditors or clients.
If an assessment fails to complete, are credits refunded?
Yes. If an assessment does not complete due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
What if I need more credits?
Buy another pack. New credits add to your existing balance, with no expiry.
What happens to my old Norma and per-framework assessment data?
Your historical records are preserved read-only: you can see past template generations in your credit transactions history. New per-framework assessments can no longer be started — the future is unified.
