6. Credits System

Kynosure.ai services use a credits system for document generation. Credits are the platform's internal currency and have no monetary value outside of Kynosure.ai services.

Credit costs vary by document type:

• Policies and Procedures: 2 credits
• Assessments and Plans: 3 credits
• Registers and Context Documents: 1 credit

Credits are non-refundable, except in case of failed generation due to technical errors attributable to Kynosure.ai. Purchased credits do not expire.

7. AI-Generated Content

Documents generated through Norma services use artificial intelligence technologies to personalize templates based on user-provided data.

Important statements about AI content:

• AI-generated documents are support tools and do not replace professional legal or compliance advice
• The user is responsible for reviewing, validating, and finalizing all generated documents
• Kynosure.ai does not guarantee that generated documents will meet specific regulatory or certification requirements
• Documents are intended exclusively for internal use within the user's organization

Data provided for AI generation is processed by our subprocessors (see Privacy Policy) and is not used to train third-party models.

8. Beta and Preview Features

Some features may be marked as "Beta" or "Preview." These features are provided without warranties and may be modified or removed without notice. Use of Beta features is at the user's sole risk.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we make no warranties regarding the suitability of our templates and assessments for your specific compliance requirements.

Our materials are informational tools and do not constitute legal, audit, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your compliance decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynosure.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kynosure.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease, and you should export any data you wish to retain.
